Found this link on the BBC news page. I thought these were very interesting. I like the one saying that you should remember that the interview is a two way process, and you should be assessing if you would want to work for the company, as well as them assessing you. Something easily forgotten.

I agree, that point was raised on one of the courses / talks I attended and it is helpful in breaking down the psychological barriers and reducing nerves if it can be thought of as more of a two way, equal process.
