What a great result for Rangers 6 points ahead and a game in hand, not a great old firm game, Celtic where better in the first half rangers better in the second. *And yes Thomson did dive*. ;D

Is winning everything just the league then?

They may well win the domestic treble, but I'd draw the line at them also winning the Iraq war and the War Against Terrorism, and didn't Oxford win the boat race? Well you said everything...

Not with such an average squad. the business end of the season seperates the men from the boys. They'll win the league but forget Europe.

Not many people thought that rangers would get to the Final in In Manchester, but they did. So, we are still line for 4 trophies! It's getting tighter in the League, but it's still in Rangers hands, if they win the games in hand they will get over the line before celtic.

I probably do hope Rangers win on Wednesday. However all this trouble about the fixture congestion they don't get my sympathy. I seem to remember back in 2000 Hearts asked Rangers if they could have a game put back to help them prepare for a match in Germany. Rangers refused the request. Then just 2 years ago Rangers asked Hearts to do the exact same and Hearts obliged to help. Now am not saying what goes around comes around with this situation but to me there is an arrogance from Rangers that when they click there fingers everyone is meant to drop everything just to suit them. Motherwell, Dundee Utd and Hibs all have vital games in there eyes just as important as Rangers to qualify for Europe that will bring in much needed cash they really could do with. So yeah I hope they do win on Wednesday but don't expect any favours from anyone. As always Gorgie will for ever rule.

They could try and bore Zenit St Petersburg uinto submission. We'll just have to wait and see.
Far more important game going on anyway.
Tyger, Tyger!!

My thanks Muz.
And on the subject of the thread I've heard that winning isn't everything but it helps when some Russian team are slotting it past your keeper.

The St Petersburg game was one of my favourite games this year. Probably says a lot about Hearts season but I'm happy to admit that.

I assume that the final day of the league wasn't winning then.
So everything means two cups?
And you still have to beat the Queen. I'm not sure Rangers would find it politically correct to beat the Queen?
