Haye and Maccarinelli are probably the two biggest punchers in their division right now.
Haye's speed and power are awsome. He’s an agressive offensive fighter with a great record. His defense? Perhaps not not so good. He usually carries his left hand too low, and sticks his chin out inviting to be punched. And when it’s punched well, Haye will go down (I hope).
Maccarinelli's left hook and left punches to the body are perhaps the best in boxing, and if Enzo can come through the early rounds then maybe that will become the winning factor for him.
The big question is whether Enzo can hold Haye off for that long? Both boxers possess knockout power, but both have vulnerable chins. Haye's power could finish the fight in the first four or five rounds. Conversely, the longer the fight goes on, the more it should become Maccarinelli's ground. I also think that Haye may have struggled to come down in weight, and if so that will impact his performance.
I think if the fight goes beyond the 6th round Enzo will do it, probably by KO.
Anyone offer a view?
Lets see what happens......

Looking forward to seeing Haye fighting top heavyweights. With his style there could be some unpredictable fights. He's not a perfect fighter but I can see him becoming a big draw.

I agree; and while Haye's not perfect, his speed and strenght is probably superior, or at least comparable to anything in the (poor) heavyweight division right now. His chin will always be suspect however, and one big punch from an 18 stoner would see him fall...

Can't see Haye having any chance against a big heavy. Remember Herbie Hide putting in a tremendous performance against Riddick Bowe but any time Bowe landed anything approaching a clean shot he was all over the place. Pity he's not naturally a couple of stone heavier.
