Has anyone else Received a letter saying their payment has been revised to take into account a change in pensionable earnings? It was a nice little surprise but everyone Ive asked so far hasnt received anything. As it seems to be a change in the law I thought we would all get them

Hi, I haven't received such a letter but I've heard about them. I get the impression it may only apply to those whose leaving date was June or later. I hope that helps.

On the same kind of note, has anyone had their P60? I am assuming we will get one hopefully sometime this month.

I got three identical copies of what I gather is the benefit claiming equivalent of a P60 this morning. If the magnificent evergreens of the Highland forests appear to have thinned out since my last journey up then I guess I'll know why! Really ecologically sound, not. Besides which it was just a tad stressful receiving three portentous brown envelopes in one post, especially on a Saturday when as we all know the chances of getting bad news which requires action are at their greatest!

Not me - what's does the letter say? I've been wondering if I was going to get a further tax demand...

With me working in RFE I had got my lump sum earlier than you guys. But yeah after about 6 months I got a letter from DWP pensions saying they had re calculated my service and was due an additional payment. Capita did infact send a letter to me confirming this and about 2 weeks after I noticed a cool £1500 in my bank account. I though it would have been a chq but they just paid it straight into my account that my lump sum went into. A couple others in RFE got the same thing although they had to do a bit chasing up as DWP and Capita kept saying it's them who deal's with it, which shouldn't surprise anyone here on this board.
Cheers B.S

I got the massive sum of £12 odds but my pension has gone up a bit too. I think it's to do with the revised pay offer for those who were still working in July last year. AO's were not supposed to get a rise last year at all but it has been revised. The only ones that got extra money that i am aware off are the AO's who were still working in July. I may be wrong though.

Still not got my P60 - how about anyone else? Should I be chasing DWP up about this, or is it reasonable that it takes this amount of time?
