Alright folks – some of us have played fantasy F1 for a couple of years now, and it really is quite a good laugh.
Unfortunately, this year, Virgin have cancelled their competition, but never mind, Phil has found another site that looks just as likely to provide an unlikely winner as the last two. Take it from me, the double champion now(!), that I don’t really have much of a clue about wheeling and dealing in the world of F1 – but this is actually a nice wee diversion, it doesn’t take too long to set up, and it may well make some utterly dreary and boring processions a tiny bit more exciting if it has a little competitive edge to it.
And here’s where it all gets a wee bit more interesting – I’ve set up a new section on the Argyle Neuk forum web site – you do not have to register to post on this new section (at the moment) – I’m going to trust you leave your proper name when posting, but if there are any complaints I’ll go straight to making it registered members only. I would of course appreciate it if you actually registered (if you haven’t already) as this supports the site.
OVER TO PHIL:
The site is:
fantasyf1game.net/
Once you've registered you get an e-mail back with a password and you can change this when you go back into the site by editing your details.
Use the create team on the left to... yeah obvious.
Our league is called Sheila's Wheels and you can join a league when you've registered a team.
The password to get into the league is philmuz666
Cheers
Phil
NB: Watch for tricky tie break question when registering which is time to complete last GP of season Abu Dhabi so no previous details.
