Not been on for a while so, lets see if we can start a new thread. Where are people going on hols his year (if any)? I am off to Florida with sons, daughter-in-law and grandkids a week on Tuesday (31st March). Its been booked for two years now so I am really starting to get excited. In fact I am worse than the kids lol.  I have also started the great "job hunt" God knows how that will go. |

Ha ha! - sounds great! While quite a few might think I don't need a holiday , Haze & I are off soon to: RESIDENCIA SIS PINS (PUERTO POLLENSA) in our fave place Mallorca of course! Anyone been to the hotel or resort before? - if so post your thoughts please!  |

My folks go there evey year Muz and they love it. As for me am off to the smoke a week on Monday for a few days to catch up with my big bro which is always a laugh. Will report back on the other board though! |

I haven't got anything planned but if anyone's interested, I could post some of my diary from my "Doonhamer on Tour 2008" visit and with Muz's help, you might even get to see some of the unlikely locations a Queen of the South scarf can end up in! Aside from the QoS element, I had some interesting encounters, including how to cope with a Polish toddler when armed only with a sheet of chat-up lines (Ian Doig, you owe me big time) and having a stand-up fight with a pompous wee uniformed sh*** in Aachen railway station in the middle of the night!

I've heard a few of the above mentioned stories from Doonhamer and can verify that they are indeed colourful! No prizes for guessing the general gist of my own holiday plans  just keeping an eye on the situation at my favourite hotel in Perth (the Quality Station Hotel) as the company is in administration  I will be gutted if it closes but it's fully booked for the coming weekend so I'm hoping business picks up in time. |

Well no trips abroad this year  Tomorrow I am off to parents caravan near Loch Tay with the kids for 5 days. I don't think my wee Fiat Panda will cope with all the stuff we are taking. I feel like I'm going backwards when driving on the motorway as it is.  Hubby has gotten off lightly, he has gone to Turkey for a week.(hope he gets sunburn ;D) I'm sure it will rain the whole time, but at least it won't be as bad as camping! Hope you all have an enjoyable holiday where ever you go. S  P.S Muz are you going to see anything at the Festival? ;D ;D |

Yet another holiday booked lol. I really don't like them but I have to keep others happy . I'm off on a European tour & going to Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria & Germany. Can't wait. |
