that Lewis Hamilton got bumped down to 3rd?
If I was him (Phil - not Lewis Hamilton) I'm sure I would have left Spa and got wasted on wife beater straight from source and given my inability to read Belguim papers (or French or Flemish for that matter) I would be blissfully ignorant of the result having been overturned. Actually come to think of it if I was Lewis Hamilton I'd probably do to the same thing!

If you was you and was where Phil was do you not think you would do that whether Lewis hamilton was 1st last or didn't enter the race at all?

Idiotic decision - but as Phil texted me before it was even on the news, I can confirm he knew straight away. He did however, well probably, get blitzed on wife beater and declare war on Belgium - before doing his famous "I'm from Hull!" speech. Allegedly.
Have I mentioned that I'm typing this on my balcony and that it's 33c at the moment?

Is this some sort of vague thread like "Who killed kenny" where we are never destined to find out the answer? What dose Phil know or not know? Its a bit like the other one "when is the next promotion"!!! What promotion? I gather it's to do with the ranking of your Argyle Neuk membership having seen some replies. Please help us stupid ones (myself included) to understand what you are talking about.

Just back to my hotel after a rather dodgy dinner in a restaurant - anyway - Tommy's right - no mystery here - we were pertaining to whether Phil knew about Lewy's demotion to third place about an hour after the race finished. and the answer was yes he knew before any of us over here....
Having said that - it's an entertaining thread! - I like these silly ones!

Ok, Ok point taken  . Some of us do have the attention span of a goldfish you know. I also love the idea of the next reunion. Especially when I had to miss the final leaving do. |
