British weather ???

What is with the weather this weekend (6/7 September)

I think I need a light box! And I have never had SAD even at the proper time for it; I like the dark nights when the streetlights are on, just as I like the summer. I realise I'm fortunate to enjoy both extremes as so many people genuinely dread the dark nights (though the dark mornings aren't so great).

Certainly wet Cal, dont mind either I just hate the time between the short days and changing clocks. Love the excitement of winter nights and santa. Equally love long summer nights.

BST!!!! Every year I say "We haven't had a summer" but, in reality, we usually have had a few good weeks. This year we are lucky if we have had a few good days lol. Roll on December for the Caribbean Cruise and April for 22 days in Florida

Another person who understands the theory - "If summer doesn't come to you - Go out and find it!".
Today was too hot (and humid) - seriously. Had to keep jumping into the pool to cool down. I know you all sympathise.

Out of curiosity where are you? Or, if you are now home, where were you? It sounds really good. Heat, swimming, booze, sun. Can't ask for more.
